Who We Are

We are the Strategic and Technocrat Arm of the State Government

Bringing to pass the revolutionary Edo State vision.

The Strategy, Policy, Projects and Performance Management Office (SPPPMO) can be defined as the "Think Tank" and Technocratic Arm of the Edo State Government..

In line with the M.E.G.A vision laid out by His Excellency, there has been a mandate placed on this office by the government to revolutionize the Civil/Public service and restore confidence and pride in a system that not only works, but produces effective and measurable results.

SPPPMO is committed to drive the Edo State Transformation Enhancement Programme (EDOSTEP), an initiative to improve efficiency and service delivery in the state’s civil and public service.

We are a team that provides the State Government with functions of Strategy,  Communications, Change, Performance and Crisis Management, as well as the Monitoring and Evaluation of Special Duties and Special Projects.

We support the Edo State Government’s Vision, Mission and Goal underlisted.

Our Goal for Edo State is to be the model for sub-nationals in Africa as a strategic driver for economic viability, social and infrastructural development. Our pursuit in Making Edo Great Again is a huge task driven by participatory governance.
